- Perhaps he meant Dave was paying AT a visit and not that he was moving or
- relocating to Germany? Afterall Dave did admit in the IRC logs that he
- would be at CeBIT and that he would be going to the Scala branch which
- isn't too far away from that. Maybe he met with AT officials there and
- possibly took a trip to AT's HQ also. He did say he had either been on 2
- trips to Germany or would be anyways.
-
- What I don't get is this "surprise" I heard being talked about from AT.
- Was it the Walker or was it the fact that Dave Haynie would now be
- consulting with AT for the Walker and the Power Amiga? From what I
- remember however, this was announced after the scrapping of the A1300 was
- announced and after some specs for the Walker was announced but before
- Dave Haynie was widely known to be consulting with AT. From what I can
- remember, this surprise would also be revealed at the World Of Amiga in
- the UK.
-
- Whatever happened to "revising the CD-32 to make it more competitive"?
- Was this including a CD-ROM drive in the Walker or was it the "Q-Drive"?
- Or is this still being worked on?
